Ever notice how with BMWs, every time a new model is released, the car preceding it 2+ years looks so old, it's like crap?

I beg to differ. I personally like the looks of the e36 3-series more than the e46 3-series. Though I do admit the e36 styling is becoming outdated, while the e46 goes along with current trend of more rounded edges.

Acutally I find the opposite. even 92 beamers still look very new to me. And brand new ones usualy look a little goofy. I guess they're just ahead of the style.

I don't think that a 2+ year old car looks like crap!! 9+ maybe. 2 to 5 year old BMW are still awsome but think about it would you buy a 2 year old computer?!!

The current 7-Series is just now showing its age. It does however look damn GOOD in those 18" wheels

i beg to differ. while detroit went through many stages, from 20 foot long land barges, to 400 hp drag kings, yadda yadda yadda, bmw has kept pretty much the same general style since about the late 60's on. it's true, i've been to the bmw museum in munich.

I suppose it wouldn't really matter however, if you were going to modify like mad :)

Trying to make a 3 series 328 look like the M5 with bodykit would be an interesting project to undertake.

I still think the 1995 540i is one fine looking car. I have trouble getting used to some of the newer model body styles.

I sure found their SUV disappointing. They should have at least tried to somehow distinguish it from the Range Rover. Some people will buy anything that says BMW on it. But I sure like thier bikes. I want one bad.
