new mobo wont do the POST test

it just starts up, u can hear the cdrom and hd read then jsut chills

no display or anything

and i tripple checked everything too

and the cdrom just keeps on reading with the green light
 
Case cables as in the cable that connects the case's Hard Drive LED to the mobo or the power button to the mobo
