Go with the asus board am2.you will have a better upgrade path in the future.that asus board should be a fine board and its sister board in 939 is the a8n-e which was a great board to say the least.if you dont have a 939 rig now then definetly go am2.when k9L comes out next year you will be able to put in a conroe killer cpu with no other changes other than a bios upgrade.prices are the same for 939 and am2 so go with the later technology and a good upgrade path for the future.am2 will be a fine system as the months go by and you can never go wrong with asus boards.
