New Mobo (socket T)

Ive been flipping though mobos and have come across these:

~$200
ASUS P5N32-SLI SE
ASUS P5WD2-E Premium

~$100
ECS NFORCE 570 SLIT-A
ASUS P5NSLI

Biggest difference I can see is the DDR Standard they support. The $100 one support 667 and the $200 support 800. Anyone know if I would severely stunt the processor by using 667 DDR?

I think Im going for the E6600. This is a catch all computer hardest tasks to be gaming and maybe some video encoding. If you have any other suggestions please let me know. My main requirements are 2 IDE connectors and 4 ddr slots.
