Hi,

Hoping for some advice...I have a asus 780i mobo and I am tired of fighting it. I cant run 8g of ram without lockups and my sata dvd drive causes lockups. Since I am going to upgrade my graphics card from a Geforce 8800gt to an Ati HD 5850, as well as upgrade from vista 64 to windows 7 64, I figured I would get a new mobo as well and stop fighting this P.O.S. 780i.

I have a Q6600 processor OC'd to 3.4. I would like to keep it OC'd. Price range would be from $150-$250. So any reccomendations for a solid mobo that will allow me to keep my proc oc'd?

Get an ASUS or Gigabyte P45 board. They are around $100~150. (Any more than that is a waste of money, IMO)
