New Mobo and Memory limit

I intend to buy a new Asus P5E WS PRO mobo, with 4GB DDR2.-
My questions are:
Has it good overclocking capabilities ?
Should be better DDR2 1066 than DDR2 800 ?
Should I use 4 x 1 Gb or 2 x 2Gb ?
Due to the Win XP Pro 32bits 2GB limitation, should I use the /3GB switch in boot.ini ?
I read in that case, up to 3Gb is allocated to aplicationes that use: "Image File Large Adress", what is that ? Does simulations as FS9 or FSX comply with it ?
Thanks

2x2GB
DDR2-800
Asus is pretty good, lately some QA issues.
You can mod applications to use 3GB.
I'm not sure if thats necessary

The most physical memory you will be able to see/access is 3.4GB in a workstation OS. That boot.ini switch only works for 32-bit Server OS.
