You'll get more responses if you post links to newegg or elsewhere so people can see the pricing on the parts you chose - it helps with making suggestions, which are often based on getting equal or better quality part at a lower price.

Also helps to answer the questions in this thread:

I'll take a stab though:

Case is personal preference - looks fine to me.

Q6600 is a great choice if you do a lot of video editing/multi-tasking, but for gaming a dual-core like the E8400 will perform as well or better (especially when overclocked).

I like your GPU and HD choices.

I prefer G.Skill or mushkin RAM currently - great timings, voltages, reviews, and pricing.

The P45 is a nice chipset, but most feel Gigabyte/Asus quality > Biostar. Probably fine, but personally I'd go with the Asus P5Q or Gigabyte DS3R P45 board.

I believe Corsair and Antec make CPU's of at least equal quality to the OCZ, and may be cheaper - what are you paying for that one?

You might be able to save some dough with different ram. If you want something to overclock with- you can get 2gigs of 1066 for ~50, so i'd assume you could get 4gigs for ~100-110. Any reason for the 64-bit vista? I'm not sure, but don't think it performs any better- the ram is obviously reasoning...
