MEPIS recently announced they have the new SimplyMEPIS 6.06.1 DVD on the cover of Linux Magazine.

Where can I buy just the DVD? I dont want the entire magazine (it's from UK anyway), and wait 2-3 weeks. Is there a vendor that has it? I have tried the "bigger" vendors from distrowatch. I have also only found the .iso for it on 1 site! I cant download it on dialup (4 GB!)

I would offer to help, but I have been unable to download that iso myself. I have a 6 mbit DSL connection, and should be able to grab the .iso image in about two hours, but that server never seems to work. I wasted quite a bit of time trying, and finally gave up.
 
I didnt want UBUNTU, if I'd wanted it, I would have ordered it FOR FREE from Ubuntu themselves... It's not even a DVD!
