New memory?

I have 512x2 PC3200..My mobo has 4 slots, 2 paired.

Thing is my mobo only supports some RAM multis. At a CPU speed of 265X10, I can only set the RAM to either 175 or 225 (impossilble on Value RAM)..

I was thinking about getting good ram - (2-2-3-5 or 2-2-2-5) and running it at 225MHZ...Or maybe 1:1 with higher latencies @ 265MHZ...

But is the RAM bottlenecking my system in anyway? Would I be better of with better RAM or with a 10KRPM boot drive?

I'd say the drive if you want faster loading times and the memory if you want slightly higher FPS

Current ram is 175MHZ @ 3-3-3-8

also my Current Hardrive is a 120GB 7200RPM 2mb cache
