New Memory Give Me Reboots. Help

I have a shuttle sn45g, amd 2500+, aiw 9800Pro, 512 crucial ram. I just bought 1gb of corsair xms (x2 512mb) and I'm getting reboots. One of the things I notice when i have the crucial ram isntall is that the FSB is at 266 and when I install the 1gb its at 400. Any help will be appriciated. thanks
