New memory compatible with old motherboard?

I have an old computer with an Abit motherboard that takes in SDRAMS. The computer is about 6 years old?. The CPU is AMD K6 166.

Does anyone know if the new memories will work with this old computer. I will just upgrade the memory from 64mb to 128mb. Thanks for the help!

i430VX unfortunately does not support more than 16 MBytes per DIMM side, 32 MBytes per DIMM. In other words, its SDRAM support is useless today.
Search for some leftover EDO RAM if that board has SIMM slots too.

My supplier still stocks PC66 ram in 64 meg, 128 meg and 256 meg sizes. 🙂

I have an old Gigabyte board with the I430VX chipset and I used a 64 meg Dimm in it. It works pretty good considering.
