any of you guys have this Film Reader?
I can't seem to find a home page for this
company.. i'm looking to see if they have
updated drivers. The reader works after
installing, but if the computer reboots,
or a restart with the film reader attached
to a USB port, it hangs the computer on restart.
The problem occurs under both Windows 98se and
Windows ME. The only way to get it to work if
you have to reboot are restart the computer is
to unplug, reboot or restart, and then plug the
reader back in, it is then recognized and works
fine... just a bit of a PIA!
So, does anyone know of New Media's web page or
a fix for this problem?
