new MB (or more?) for video/mp3 computer

hey all.. i need a new MB for a computer i'm setting up. it's going to be used mostly to play/store video/mp3 for my HT setup.. so audio out to the receiver and video out (radeon) to the tv. problem is, the old working mobo (iwill kt266a) somehow got damaged in my move.. won't even receive power (known working psu). so i'm looking in the market for a cheeep mobo, hopefully as low as possible. it's going to be using a 1.2 t-bird, and i have a stick of 256 pc2100 or 768 pc133. i was thinking pc133 might work better in this case simply because there's more of it, and memory b/w shouldn't be *too* important right? so that's my case, any suggestions? thx
