The point was that you belittled my dislike of the combat system. So I simply expressed that I have different tastes than you do, to equalize the validity of both sides without belittling your point. Yet you still chose to reply with sarcasm here.
I didn't belittle anything. I was expressing an opposing viewpoint using your words. If you take that as belittling, then you must see your own post as belittling those who enjoy the Batman games. You followed up with a redundant post saying we have differing tastes, which was already established in my original post. Thus, I continued the redundancy.

Very impressed. Hopefully it materializes to be half as awesome as the trailer makes it look.

Thanks for sharing, OP

Could be good. The freeflow combat is the BEST yes BEST thing to happen to action games. You want button mashing? Go play God of War and that's button mashing. Batman and Shadow of Mordor are not. There is subtle timing and reversals you must perform in order to not get your ass handed to you.

I'm with a few others in thinking of Mordor when I watched the trailer. Mad Max wasn't on my radar, but now I'm interested. I was hoping it wouldn't be another FPS shooter like RAGE. They are doing some interesting stuff with the vehicle system, open world, and the combat system. I know some are bored of the batman-style combat model, but I still find it fun and engaging. Much more so than DMC/God of War style of combat. It seems more melodic and hypnotizing.

I doubt it is a day-one purchase, but I'm happy to see the direction they are taking.

No idea but that would take thirtyir.com to the next level!

It has a guide for both Photoshop and GIMP, and other tools if you want to get less fancy. I suspect at minimum GIMP is required for ensuring high-quality GIFs for which you have the most control.

Thanks for that! Can't believe I haven't done this until now!

Going to have a blast creating some badass GIFs! :)

Hi Guys.
Seen a few pics and an awesome trailer for Mad Max. So far I'm really looking forward to release day. Mad Max was a major icon when I was a kid, so I'm looking forward to killing some outlanders and scavengers.
If you can kill it, blow it up or totally destroy something, well that's a game for me.
BTW the Arkhams games are fantastic and if you don't like them, then that's tough cos I did. I bought the PC, I bought the game so I can have my say. If you don't like the fighting style of the new games coming out try knitting.
Cheers
