New Macbook Pro w/ Lion - create Lion install DVD?

No DVD came with the macbook pro, so if I want to make my own, what to do?

Everything I've found online after a few quick searches appears to be in relation downloading and upgrading from an older version.

I'm creating a recovery USB flash drive... any way to get this onto a DVD?

Go to the App Store and see then click purchases and see if it has Lion as purchased for you. If it does, then go back to the main page on the app store, then hold down Option and click purchases again. This should let you click 'Download' on Lion so you can get te installer mentioned in the guide above.

I'd highly recommend doing your reinstall image on a flash drive or something instead of a DVD. Its way faster. I do it from a Kingston 16GB SSD hooked up via FW800. It flies, but even a decent 8GB USB stick would be better than a DVD.

Yeah, I guess I'll keep it on a USB drive. I just think it's cheaper (and more reliable IMO) to keep a couple of DVD's secure instead a single USB drive that may get corrupted or overwritten by someone unintentionally. Not my laptop, so if the drive craps out, not my problem in the long run.
