That is why I asked if it was a test or if it was going to stay. Plus my title was a question. I wanted to see if anyone else was seeing what I see.
 
It changes/rotates out for certain people (probably ranges of IPs) - I had the "new look" Yahoo yesterday. It's back to the original today

Any idea why they flip flop designs? I remember when they had the title bar nav set up just like google, they have since switched it.
