I actually like the new one quite a bit. Simple, industrial. Looks like equipment branded for serious use. I think the older one looks too much like what a 15 year old fanboy rendered in his basement trying to look 'futuristic.'

Until now I didn't realize it was supposed to be an eye. Heck, I'm not even certain on how to pronounce GeForce (it's "gee force" as in the aviation term, right?).

The new one looks like a fish with it's mouth open is swimming up from the corner. I don't really care about the logo one way or another, though.

Great, that's all I see now. I doubt I'll ever shake that image out of my head now haha.

I sure hope so...I've been pronouncing it that way since 2000. It would sound awfully stupid pronouncing it "guh force".

At least now we know what the NDA was all about!

(j/k, in case you didn't realise).

So the fish indicates nVidia has been "Gone fishin'" while AMD has released their 28nm lineup?

It's actually not, the article has it wrong. It's supposed to be a claw.... Don't ask me how, but nvidia refers to it as the claw...o_O
