Not sure how i can fix this. I've already upgraded the drivers, and the sensor is right next to the keyboard. It is in secure mode and everything works fine. The batteries are new, too. What can i do?

I would assume you mean keyboard functions and/or mouse functions are not in sync with what is happening on your screen?

I have one of those sets and mine works perfectly but the mouse is picky about the surface I use with it, also the mouse did need the settings tweaked a little to respond like my Intellimouse Explorer 3.0.
I also have the USB receiver on my desk so its only 2' or so away from the mouse as well as on the same plane.
Once I did all this the mouse and keyboard are fast enough for the faster paced games I play like UT2K3.

So...
1. Experiment with mouse surfaces.
2. make sure USB receiver is as close as you can get it to your mouse and keyboard.
3. adjust the mouse settings to your liking.

I was a bit unclear. I was asking about the keyboard, not the mouse. Anyways, the response time of the keyboard is fine, but it seems that when it has to "queue" up key commands, it will lag when it gets towards the end of the command. For instance:

If i wanted to type: I am visiting anandtech for the very first time today"

The instant i type "I am" the characters will appear normally. BUT, once it gets to the "very first" and on, the appearance of characters will lag.

Is yours secure? And where have you placed the receiver? Is it level with the keyboard and are there any things in between?
