New Lian Li cases

The PC-7SB is a refresh of the traditional PC-7 with a little more 'bling'. The SB differs from previous PC-7 models with a 2-tone front bezel, and the inclusion of 2 120mm LED fans.

The PC-A12 seems to be a refresh of the PC-B20, upgrading the rear fan from 80mm to 120mm (about time!!) while dropping the CPU duct and the fan over the expansion slots. The intake holes are there so the option to add the slot blower later is available without drilling. The A12 also loses the removable mobo tray, but rings in at $50 less than the B20.

The 2-tone front bezel is a nice addition, but they need some casters with white wall tires now...

And, no more removable mobo tray? That's a plus! No more searching for replacements when they break...

I see they're still using that @%#^ removable PSU tray...

If you buy one of these (ahem) things, make sure you buy a spare PSU tray (or two)! 😉

I like both of them.

I always thought the the PC-7B was pretty boring looking. Too bad they didn't incorporate their HD soft-mounting found on many of new cases into the 7SB, and the LED fans have to go.

V-series look good too, and the series that Velocity Micro uses

Man, I hate the direction Lian Li is going with the f'ing two tone cases and other useless visual detail! Can we please go back to basic simple black or silver cases and spend more time worrying about air flow?

I like both cases. Either one is a winner with me. I would get the one that fits your personality the best.
