New Leadtek 7800GTX

Just got this about 2 weeks ago. I've noticed in Battlefield 2 a couple problems and am wondering if anyone in the forum can offer any insight. I'm using:

MSI Neo/4 Platinum SLI
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Leadtek 7800GTX
SB Audigy Gamer
2GB RAM.

First, every once in awhile under load the video card makes an audible clicking sound, similar to the old sounds the 3dfx voodoo cards made when switching on. I'm not sure if it's the heatsinks or a function of the cooling system of the card. (Everything is stock) It runs at 70ish degrees under load, with a core clock of 491 and memory clock at 1250 (using the overclock bios update available on Leadtek's website).

Second, when using Fixed Aspect Ratio Scaling in the Nvidia control panel with my Dell 2005fpw I get a very quick screen flash occasionally with multiple colors on the screen. The BF2 screen is replaced by a black screen with these squiggly colors but it's very fast and barely noticable. Almost subliminal.

Thanks for the help!
