Im looking to get a fairly cheap 32" LCD TV so far these are the choices. The Olevia seems like the best choice.

Olevia http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824022006
1600:1 contrast

Viewsonic

1000:1 c

Westinghouse
1000:1 c

or may be even this Hyundai http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824179023

Any one make a suggestion here...

thanks in advance :]

I have a 32" Viewsonic n3250W in the living room and a 26" Olevia in the bedroom. My only complaint about my Viewsonic is that it only has 1 set of Component inputs so I have to use a switch. The picture quality on the Olevia seems a bit better than the Viewsonic on non HD, but that could also be related to size.

Does not look like the Olevia you linked has HDMI, although I never use it on my TV b/c the cable box looks worse through HDMI it is kinda necessary if you plan to buy a high end dvd player.

Sharp Aquos 32" is very good. I have the 26" that Newegg has in-stock also(the black one), no dead pixels, and the speakers are actually pretty half decent.

I've never seen a good lcd tv. I looked at a few at costco that looked great untill they ran an action movie. The motion blur was so bad it was unwatchable. Perhaps there have been huge improvements in the last few months?

I did a ton of research before I bought my 32" and basically all 3 of those brands have comparable picture but I got a better deal on the Viewsonic so I bought it. None will look as nice overall as a Sony, Sharp, or Samsung but it all depends on how much money you want to spend.
