New laptop Windows question

Hey, im planning to purchase the laptop and sdd below. My question is will the included windows 8 come in a disc format or will it be pre applied onto the hdd. if thats the case what would be the best way to get the os onto the msata sdd. Thx

It usually comes preinstalled with a restore partition that you can copy to bootable media. I can tell you what I did - I cloned the basic HDD to my new SSD. Then I removed the HDD and put it away for "Emergency Use Only."

It then booted right up to the SSD.

Thanks for the reply. I want to keep the hdd, would it possible to just install install as normal then clone it to the sdd and switch boot drives in the bios.
