New Laptop: GO 7300 or ATI x1400 for video

So I'm going to get a new laptop, not for desktop replacement purposes, just something all around decent. Getting a Dell E1505, 15", Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, etc... but torn on the video. I can't find any benchmarks comparing the Go 7300 to the x1400. The only thing I found was this here at Anand, but just comparing the x1400 to the 7800 and the GTX.

Which would be better for games? for battery life?

i got the x1400 (exact same laptop) . but i sorta regretted it . if ur using linux . go for the 7300 if you want AIGLX

as for performance i think the x1400 is better . but for linux drivers defintely 7300

i can use the x1400 pretty well for CS:Source

X1400 is the better card

I'd recommend that you go for the Go 7600 as well. The X1400 isn't anywhere near as fast, especially with AA or AF applied.
