If pain = having a nice sunny drive to work down Rt. 78 and not having any traffic, then yes, it has been quite painful.

Nope, but if you went by the news you would have thought that all forms of death and destruction were coming.

I'm in the middle of NC and I'm out of school today. I got up, took and shower and then decided for sh!ts and giggles to see if school was canceled and it was. I didn't even think to check because I could have driven around in my car, threw buckets of water everywhere and blew really hard as I was driving and I probably would have done more damage than Isabelle.
I got done driving around 10 minutes ago(to survey the "damage" not recreate it;)) and there are just a bunch of leaves and the occasional small branch.
Maybe living on the coast has skewed my perception of hurricanes? ::shrug::

That being said... I'm not complaining about getting out of school:D

Pics?

I imagined some fool driving around throwing buckets of water out of his car with "Isabelle" painted on the side.

Bwahahahahahah

Well, since school is open, it's probably best if you don't skip any more Geography classes.

Well, a willow tree fell over in my yard, but that tree sucked anyway.

Hey LJ, you might be driving around my old stomping grounds there. I grew up out in the sticks in Hunterdon County NJ.

It hardly did anything in NJ. Maybe a few strong wind guests when I was sleeping. I live maybe...20 miles from Rutgers. Other than a few downed tree twigs and leafs, nothing much happened.

I'm still at work and likely still have night class's.

yeah, i was watching fox news last night and they basically made it see like the three horsemen were just waiting for number four to show up so they could get it over with.

fox transcription:
YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST ON FOX HURRICANE DEATH WATCH 2k3 TATOO YOUR NAME ON YOUR ARM FOR WHEN YOU DIE AND GET THROWN MILES AWAY FROM YOUR HOME OR JUST IN CASE YOUR ARM GETS RIPPED OFF BY THE WINDS!!!!!

next up, who's to blame for the hurricane? democrats?!
