trying to find out what would happen if you're an adult (over 21) and get caught driving without a license.

WITHOUT a license or with a SUSPENDED license?

6 months of suspended driving priveleges is what I recall from when I got my license.

without a license at all. and no im not doing this.

It's a big-ass fine. If you can't pay it, I suppose you could go to jail, or more likely, be sentenced to community service.

all i can see on the website is for suspended license. i need to get more info to convince my friend not to do it.

they, uhh, take your license away.
😉

Actually, it's probably just a fine. A BIG fine.

if you are straight, you are forced to have a gay sexual encounter

if you are gay, you are forced to have a straight sexual encounter

if you are ac/dc, they kill you

I believe that you get a ticket for driving without a license, with a sizeable fine. And if you obtain a licnse after that, then you pay $100 surchage for 3 years after that.

well. you'll start off by being arrested. that part will suck. then you'll have to come back to court and get reamed. dont plan on driving for a while either after that.

Ok, here we go

N.J.S.A. 39:3-10 requires that every person who operates a motor vehicle in New Jersey must have a driver?s license. The penalties for this offense are fines and a surcharge of $100 per year for three years. A driver who violates this statute can receive a fine of up to $502, and up to 60 days in jail.

A person often violates this statue when they move into New Jersey without obtaining a New Jersey driver?s licences, and they have a problem with their license from the state where they formerly resided.
