Our current IT man just got promoted to a job at HQ, I had asked him about running seti or DF, he said no. Now we have a new guy starting on Mon, I have to kiss his a$$ for a while then try to get SoB on our 800 desktops, all a mix between 933-1000 Mhz P3's

There is a service install, check out here for the link to the latest version, as well as info on it.

I have used this on my PCs here at home, and *hopefully* at any places where I find a job, I'll ask about it :)

Hey, just a word of advice...
If this guy is smart, and really researches SOB before saying ok, he'll probably come across this thread.
So maybe you shouldn't mention anandtech until he says ok :)

Does the new guy report to the old guy? If so, tread carefully... nothing like pissing off the guy that may have a lot of say on your promotability.... There's nothing like office politics... :)
