New iPods

Apple released a whole bunch of new iPods today.

Some key points:

1) iPod supports 640x480 H.264 video playback, up to 1.5 Mbps.
2) Nanos and shuffles are aluminum.
3) The biggest nano is 8 GB, but only in black.
4) The 4 GB nanos are silver, blue, green, pink.
5) The 2 GB nano is silver.
6) The shuffles are silver and much, much smaller.

Also: New iTunes 7, with H.264 640x480 TV shows and movies.

Sneak peek: New set top box next year with HDMI and wireless.

OK now I know why.

You have to search for "iPods" to see the thread. If you search for "iPod", the new thread doesn't show up. 😕
