New IPAD @ 2048x1536

So there is switchresx for MBPR to run at 28x18 native resolution.

Is it possible to use the new IPAD at 2048x1536? If so, how? I know there's a new air app that can let you use the IPAD as a wireless display that runs at that native resolution, but that's not what I want to do.

I'm almost certain there is no way to do what you are suggesting. OS X is designed to work at multiple resolutions. iOS is not.
