So you are not giving him a chance, when hardware began using these forums it was just bashing and quoting something we have never seen, and no links. Now he is using links which is a great improvement, only problem is that most of his sources are in german:frown: Lately he hasnt been bashing 3dfx as much, so he is learning, and if you dont give him a chance to learn he never will.

I am here now for 3 years but the level is quite low now!
When I like to post some news I just do it when 3dfx will go out of business I will post it too.
When 3dfx will go out of business its not my fault!
Many people think I am the reason for bad news about 3dfx thats BS

Those people's feelings (who don't care for Hardware) are accumulative. It's not just one post, one thread, one day, or even one month.
Another reason he doesn't garner any respect, is because he never answers the questions put to him. He posts his opinion, then runs away. Comes back a little later, just to add some irrelevant thoughts.

You know, if he would just explain his anti-3dfx fetish, then maybe people would understand.

Probably not... But it doesn't change the fact that it's news and not just sheer conjecture or BS (like he's usually throwing out).

Hey, I'll be totally honest here... I don't particularly care for 3dfx either (I've always detested their drivers, card designs, and business practices), but I don't hate them and if they cleaned up their act I'd even consider buying their stuff. That said, I believe that Nvidia is the best in the market for a reason (actually several reasons), the most prominant being that they have the best products overall. Sure, some companies do things better (such as Matrox with their 2D and 3dfx with their FSAA) but on average Nvidia is best. Now, if Nvidia doesn't stay on top of things they'll suffer the same fate as those that were on top before. But if I've learned one thing from watching all that's happened in the video card industry in the last few years it's this, successes always cancel out failures and every product cycle gives promise for a new champion to arise and challenge for dominance. Everything we know can change on a dime but the truth is, when someone comes out with something that's truly outstanding they'll succeed.

There... now I've got that off my chest.

So, Hardware, did 3dfx kill your horse and rape your cattle? What's with all this crap anyway? Surely a few video cards aren't worth this much anger and trouble.

BTW, if you did have that many problems with those Banshees why didn't you just take them back and get something else? You know, the whole &quot;light a match instead of curse the darkness&quot; kind of thing. All your bitching and pissing is going to do is get you censored and banned. Get on with life cripe's sake.
