http://www.fdrsoft.fr.fm/ has posted some new Intel Chipset drivers. I seriously believe the issue with the 845G boards not overclocking well is a driver issue. Maybe Intel fixed it?

I opened up the file and found the CAT file for the 845G is dated August 2002.

I'll give them a whirl later on when I get home from work.
