I just ordered the SurgeArrest Notebook from Outpost.com to protect my new Dell Inspiron. Click here for the site.
Then search for the following products:
SurgeArrest Notebook for $14.95 shipped overnight SKU# 28774
SurgeArrest Pro Notebook for $34.95 shipped overnight (3 Prong) SKU# 52487
SurgeArrest Pro Notebook for $34.95 shipped overnight (2 Prong) SKU# 52486
Click here for the Specs on all of APC's Notebook Surge Supressors.
<< Don't let sub-standard wiring and Digital phone lines ruin your Notebook, seems like a small investment for such a valuable tool. >>
I like to protect my investments, and for $14.95 shipped overnight, looked like a good deal.
NOPE, don't sell anything, just use and respect their products. I really like my Back-UPS Pro USB, and it works well in W2K. I also feel a bit of brand loyalty since they have sent me a few cool FREE things. Hopefully getting a Free Surgestation. The deal is most people overlook power protection for their Notebooks, just a friendly suggestion.
