Some of you might remember my post awhile back about the fan grills I had made. Since then, Stiltner and I have teamed up and we will have anodized and powdercoated aluminum fan grills. We are almost ready to start selling them. In about two to three weeks they should start appearing on retailer sites.

You can expect prices around $15 per grill anodized, and probably about $16-17 powdercoated.

We have also decided to offer custom window and blow hole cutting services. No pricing on that yet, hopefully in the next few days I can have pricing up along with a few pics of stuff that I can do.

We will also offer to do any custom fan grills/windows that you guys would like but we have not decided on pricing for that yet.

Also, we would like input on stainless steel grills. If there is enough demand for stainless grills, we will make them, but you guys need to let us know.

Wow! Those look a lot better than your last ones! I agree, stainless steel would look real nice! So when are you go to sell me some?

<< jesus....what are you guys using to make those??? they are TIGHT! >>

The samples that you see were cut on my waterjet machine.

The fan grills we sell(except for custom work) will be done on a laser cutter, virtually gives the same cut.

Everything else such as windows will be done on the waterjet.

Is it me or does that "Ying-Yang" grill look like it wouldn't protect your poor digits from the fan blades for sh!t? LOL :D

Excellent work, I'm always admiring innovative ideas like the ones I see over @ [ H ] and other places. :)
