Aweful or not...it made bucketloads of cash that allowed Cameron to help self-fund the geekfest that is Avatar.

I do want to see Shutter Island though.

I've still not seen The Beach, but that movie has been praised by everyone.

If anyone doesn't like The Beach, or Nolan's movies Memento or The Prestige... you must enjoy being the one that goes against the grain or something.

This movie was being filmed right in front of my apartment here in Downtown LA a few weeks ago. They had these huge rain machines above all of the streets and a life size model train on wheels that was barreling down Spring street that would hit a bunch of cars and crap and push them out of the way. It was pretty crazy and cool. I'm gonna see it just to recognize and see my building.

He was only on 1 episode of Roseanne, which was before he was even on as a regular on Growing Pains. So, hard to blame a guy for taking a job when one is happy to get ANY job.
