New IE windows opens up minimized...any cure?

Hi,

When I'm browsing the net, if I click on a link the opens another IE window, the new window opens minimized. I then have to right click on the minimized window at the bottom of screen and maximize it.

I am using XP Pro, it hasn't been doing this since I loaded it. It usually starts about a month after I load windows from a ghost image that I made.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Close all open windows except the window you want full-size, then Right-click on the bottom of the desktop and select "tile windows horizontally" - now that the window is full size - close the window.

When you open a new window with IE it should open full size.
