New idea for Survivor

What do you guys think about putting all the politicians on an island and letting them duke it out for the presidential election?

My mom said a very similar thing.

She was talking about how exhausting it must be to be on the campaign trail for the candidates and that they should just fight till one of them dies and the one who didn't die would be president. She was joking of course, but damn, it hit a note with me because the way and the timing of her comments made me laugh for the next 15 minutes.

I like the idea but could you include the lawyers too?

Actually, on a totally unrelated note, I'm surprised the idea of a revolution on the real Survivor show didn't come up. I mean, I''d have been plotting something, they even gave them a knife. If they did it right, they could subdue the crew at night, as long as they were quiet enough about it. Now THAT'D make for some interesting TV. Of course, they'd have to tape themselves...
