New IBM server - doesn't see all of the drives

Trying to help a friend from my department setup a new, out of the box, IBM server. four (4) 300 gig HD's. We expect to see at least 900 gig as one drive is used for the RAID 5. But we only see 600 gig. One of the drives is not showing up. In the config menu we see all four...(??) Any ideas on how to get the system to see the missing hard drive would be greatly appreciated.😕
 
Sounds like maybe one drive is configured as a hot spare. Have you verified that all four drives are members of the array and that the container is defined such that all available space is used?
