Has anyone ordered and received this drive? What type of kit is it (white box or retail); is the the drive an IBM or a rebadged vendor? And did it come with a PCMCIA adapter (I could really give a rats ass about this but...)

I ordered one of these after an unsuccesful PM at staples. Datavis called me back the next day asking for a phone number off the back of my credit card. Very fishy... I have never been asked for this before. I told them to cancel my order and then I tried Staples again. Success! $169 PM, $10 shipping, tax, less $30 coupon = ~160 shipped.
