New HTPC MB

So my HTPC/server has died, needs a rebuild and I need suggestions. I'm partial to the 775 socket (will likely go with an E7400, but am open to AMD if there is a compelling reason) so that I can drop my gaming machine's E8400 in the HTPC next year when I upgrade the gaming box. Trying to figure out if I should drop the Abit IP35 Pro from my gaming box into my HTPC and upgrade or go with a dedicated HTPC board with onboard video. The HTPC sees little to no gaming, but does need to do 1080p video. Any thoughts? Suggestions as to specific boards to look at?

Consider Asus P5N7A-VM, its got nvidia9300 chipset.. 775 socket, hdmi output. 1080p output is nice, at least in Ubuntu 8.10 with repacked movies! 😉
