New HT receiver for my bedroom, low to middle.

So I am considering 2 so far - YAMAHA RX-V371 5.1-Channel AV Receiver and YAMAHA HTR-4064 5.1-Channel AV Receiver, both $230.

Anybody have input, or something better at newegg for close to the same price ? If it was a hell of a deal, no limit on money, I would just replace my main unit.

Not sure how it stacks up to your candidates in feature set, but I just snagged this Pioneer for that price; it will replace my aging VSX-409 in the living room.

Thanks, I asked the egg to price match, and they would not, so I ordered it from walmart !
