I just bought a new HP 2610 Printer/Scanner/Fax/Copier & when I pull up the software for the HP...................
Click on HP Director & then click on Tranfer Images, my Sys Zone2 temp will rise from 33C to 50+C and after I close "Transfer Images", the Temp will slowly go back down to normal. It only happens when "Transfer Images" is open.
Computer is not the problem I know this from experience. No other software like this has even come close to making this thing overheat
(All drivers etc. are up to date within the week)

1024mb Mushkin pc3200 2-2-2
EVGA 6800GT
Antec case with 4x 80mm fans. (2 intake/2 exahust)
I've updated all the software for the printer but this overheat thing still happens.
Anyone know what "System Zone 2" is in the Intel Active Monitor ?????
And what's a safe temp to set the threshhold at? I currently have it at 50C
