Two what look to be good size chunks. I was laughing when he took the first bite, knowing full well that it would take a while to really start to show it's heat. Then he took another chunk.

At BEST I would try a sliver not much larger than a BB or tic-tac. Even then it would be pure pain hell.

I use them quite a bit in my cooking. They are definitely hot and they have great flavor. Some people can handle their spice and most can't!
