Lol, I love the backwards roof scoop. It actually goes really well with the rest of the GTO's styling though, so I can't argue or make fun of it.

Does that C6 completely obliterate the Goat performance-wise? I am looking for a C6 myself.

its not backwards. its called cowl induction. the increased air pressure just in front of the windshield will help force air into the engine. check out the cowl induction on the late 60s, early 70s gm muscle cars.

They are cheap used. I know around here the 2004/2005 are 15-17k

Not obliterate, but it is faster and better in handling. The GTO is going to get modded as far as I can go NA, so it will be the faster one... until I start modding the C6.

The buyout on the lease of my 6sp 04 was $15k. I would bet that in a year, I could find an '04 for close to $10k with around 60k miles.

It would run out the back and onto the engine. Ha! I suppose I could drill a hole at the bottom and run tubing away from the engine. It's never been in the rain anyway, so I'm going to keep it the way it is. I didn't put the washer nozzels back on (cleaner look) and I've been thinking about removing the wiper blades completly. The badges are staying. I paid $200 for the front and back arrowheads.
