I just had the HT pre-wire done in the master bedroom and the family room. I also had data ports throughout most of the house. Forgot to get the ceiling fan pre-wire.

I fell in love with that style when I had my short stint in Phoenix. Sadly the stucco and style just doesn't play off well in the midwest.
