What was the deal with the TA/SO split.. anyone care to fill me in, in a nutshell?

it wan't so much a split as a non-merger.

There was a plan in the works to merge the ECCp teams but it ran into some resistence and fell through.
so now the two teams are in friendly competition

So let's see if I get this right..

TA/SO tried once again (when I say I'm new here I mean I haven't been here in a while) to do something.... and it doesn't work.. again...

Next question... why is it always TA/SO.. why not TA/AT... (looks cooler IMHO)... what I'm asking is, what is the unique relationship between TA and SO all about?

If you want to get Russ into this thread you'll have to talk about I Dream of Jeannie. Now there was a crackrack of beautiful proportion. Such are the times, I don't believe that network television would attempt to make that show now, what with gender roleplaying, ethnic balance etc. ruling out one of the great sit-coms of all time. I must admit that I once visited Cocoa Beach Florida on the strength of that show!
