New Hercules AIW 7500 and ATI 7500 AIW

What major differents between if any, or are they the same card just different boxes.

If it's anything like the AIW 8500 series.. they should be exactly the same except for the box.

They are same except for the box and the Hercules has a PAL tuner on it, but it's still manufactered by ATI (unless Hercules has the Prophet A-I-W 7500/8500 available in the U.S.?)
