New HDD's Greater than 2tb on the way

Does anyone have any information as far as new drives coming down the pike?

I want to order 2 wd 2tb drives, but being as these drives have been out for a year now, I suspect a larger drive to come out in the near future. Can't seem to find any info on this though.

Any thoughts?
 
The makers of Drobo apparently have claimed they'd have a unit with a 3 TB drive (presumably Western Digital) in April. However, my searches indicate that drive makers may be waiting for more reliable disk technology before they go bigger. There's been a lot of complaints about the highest-density disks over the past two years.
