New Hardware Anytime Soon?

Is there any new hardware coming out soon such as a new Nvidia video card or a new ATI video card?

Is there a new Intel or AMD processor coming out? Also are they gonna be changing the sockets soon such as 478 to 775 such as that.

I heard something about about BTX but not much about it...

No, I think all the PC hardware companies are on spring break already. Maybe next year.

nvidia is (and kindof has) released their 7900 series video cards

amd has some new CPU's (nothing new in design) comming out for their new socket - AM2 which will be out in june if i remember correctly.

BTX is a trick of intel's to keep their space heaters cool, and is hardly catching on at all. dell is starting to use it, but other than that ATX is still mainstream and will be in the near future.

just keep reading around and you will pick up bits here and there about what is comming out. toms hardware is a place to read about what is news along with anandtech here.

Of course 10,000rpm but this also has a transfer rate of 1.5gigs compared to the 150MB that most other hard drives do... if that is good I dunno...

Any thoughts on any of this hardware? Are you guys waiting on the Intel Conroe or the AMD AM2? Which do you think will be better?

Also has anyone heard of any new ATI video cards coming out soon?
