New Harddrive LCD Trouble??

Hi. I could use some help trying to figure out what is going wrong with my system, I just installed a new 74 Raptor with a fresh XP Install, Every time I reboot My LCD gives me the floating red box that says video mode not supported, When I turn the LCD off then back on I get my screen back?? This never happened before new Install, System Specs are Samsung 191T LCD, Ati 9800Pro, Abit NF7S ,Xp1700, Western digital Raptor 74 gig, Antec 430W True power, Also I can not reach over 200 FSB overclock now when before I was Rock solid at 225 FSB??? any Ideas would be of great help, Thanks
