New hard drive question

I have a 13.5 gig ibm deskstar, which is working fine, and I just ordered a 60gig seagate berracuda IV. I have windows xp home installed on the ibm and would like to just move my whole system over to the new hard drive. My question is is there software that will do this or do I need to reinstall and deal with windows activation as well as all the other "fun" that reinstalling requiries.
 
I know that Maxtor and WD offer that software for free. I am pretty sure that Seagate used to, however, I don't know if they still do. I suggest you go to the seagate FAQ and software download site and see what they offer for HD transfering.
