Bored so I thought I would throw a recipe up for hamburgers, I just concocted it so I don't know if its worth a sh!t yet, but I will know shortly
EtOH's Chipotle Cheddar Burgers
3 lb Ground Sirloin
1 Egg beaten
2 Home Grown/Smoked Chipotle peppers ground in a coffee bean grinder
1 Medium Yellow Onion chopped fine
2 Large Cloves of Garlic crushed via Garlic Press
1 Teaspoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning (didn't measure, just a guess)
Mix it all up and divey it up into about 10 burgers. Best if you use good fresh bread and not the cheapo buger buns
Top with Cabot Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar sliced
Should be good but I will let you know.
